Understanding "The Emotional You": Explore how emotions shape your decisions, relationships, and overall well-being. Learn strategies for managing stress, strengthening self-awareness, and fostering personal growth.

Breathwork Session: Beth will guide you through intentional breathing techniques designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and enhance emotional regulation. Breathwork helps you release tension and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm.

Sound Bowl Healing: Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of sound bowl therapy. This ancient practice uses harmonic frequencies to balance energy, release blockages, and promote deep relaxation. Let the healing tones wash over you as you experience profound stillness and peace.
